Siti here saving the blog from being dead.I pity it lahh. Ohh just now training halfway then rain , do PT omg got 8 stations mann ! Each stations erm 3 mins . I don't really like the burpis? don noe how is it spelled , yarhh I don't like that thinggy ! So tired . Till now. Ohh yarhh morning run have been completely transformed to 2.4 run !!!! Goshh ! Gonna be like damn tired sec 1 must at least 14 minutes.Sec 2 and 3 i think 13 minutes.Correct or not? Dun noe lahh . Forget . If wrong info don't blame me . Just now the seniors got match , can't really warch it but only saw abit2.
